First Week Exercise

7On the first few weeks, start a session from 40 to 60 minutes:

  • 10-15 min: heating fast walk or light jog
  • 25-35 min: body meeting at regular intervals (approximately 70% of maximum heart rate)
  • 5-10 min: return to calm in brisk walking or light running

Gradually, you will find a comfortable pace and plenty of stamina.
